How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. You'll have access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees!
Can I change my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Playback & Quality
Why is my video buffering?
Check your internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). Try lowering video quality in settings or restart your device.
How do I enable subtitles?
Click the CC icon in the video player and select your preferred language. Subtitles are available in 20+ languages.
