How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, enter your email and password, then verify your email address. You can start watching immediately with our free trial!

What devices can I watch on?

APE TV works on smartphones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and streaming devices. You can watch on multiple devices simultaneously depending on your plan.

Billing & Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. You'll have access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees!

Can I change my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Playback & Quality

Why is my video buffering?

Check your internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). Try lowering video quality in settings or restart your device.

How do I enable subtitles?

Click the CC icon in the video player and select your preferred language. Subtitles are available in 20+ languages.
